Pokerbowl

The US Poker league is putting together the first ever Pokerbowl and it will take place in Las Vegas next april. The teams will be comprised of six poker players and twenty five states will be represented in this inaugural event. The prize pool is going to be set at a million dollars and along with that the players will have their bragging rights. This event is going to feature all of the biggest names in the game with the likes of Phil Hellmuth, Mike Matusow, Phil Laak, and many others.

This is the first event of this nature and look for this type of format to take off as the poker industry is always looking for different ways to spice up the action. Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the tournament.
