Main Event PokerParty

Who are the early favorites to win the main event at the World Series of Poker? The main event is obviously the toughest tournament to win and not necessarily means the best player wins this event. You will hear the same names every year as favorites, whether it be Phil Ivey, Phil Helmuth, Howard Lederer or Doyle Brunson. These names are as big as they come but this year like the last few years will be loaded with online poker players. There was a rumor that there was going to be a cutoff of 8,000 people for the main event, and that has been squashed as there are already bookings for over 9,000 players for the grandaddy of them all. Obviously this PokerParty is not losing any steam whatsoever.

Well two of the main big wigs at Party Gaming, Anurag Dikshit and Vikrant Bhargavar have quit the board of directors. What will this do for the online gaming giant, we'll have to see what happens. That's all for this
