Kidinthehizy at the Partypoker Tables

Last night I played some mad online poker at partypoker and the kid was feelin it a little bit. I played in three tournaments, two $10 No Limit tournaments and a $20 $40,000 guarantee. The first tournament I played in I actually won. I was loving it, I finally broke through and was playing really well. Here's the tournament recap when we got down to the final three players. The second tournament I finished in third place and I was disappointed with that finish since I was the chip leader with three of us remaining. I made some key moves to double up as I was getting short stacked early on and then I made the charge. The hand that pretty much killed me I had A2 and there was really nothing on the board but another Ace, so I was betting pretty aggressively and this guy kept calling me and he was playing pretty loose the whole time so I had him on a middle pair throughout the matchup. He ended up having A5 and he killed my chipstack. Left me with 100 chips and then I was on the big blind and I was forced all in and I was eliminated in third place.

The final tournament of the night was the $40,000 guaranteed, it was a pretty solid turn out for this tourney as 2700 players signed up for this one. Throughout the tourney I was well above the average chip stack and looking to be in real good shape. I had one real bad beat that flattened my chip stack from just under 6000 chips to 2000 chips and that put me in real bad shape coming down the home stretch. This hand I was ready to explode on as I had A7 and the flop comes 7,8,9 and its his turn to act he bets out 800 chips and I move all-in. He ponders for a while and then calls my all-in bet. We flip our cards over and he had KQ against my A7. Leading going into the turn. Then all hell breaks loose with K on the turn and K on the river, for a goddamn set of kings. I was real pissed as who calls 2665 bet with nothing on the board, Jackass. Anyways I was eliminated in 406th place. Real disappointing! So, it was off to bed for me and wait for my next time at the tables.
