Favorite Starting hand in Poker

What starting hand in poker is the one that makes you get that solid feeling inside when the dealer (either at a live game or playing online poker) distributes your two hole cards? For me I love getting pocket kings or suited connectors. I can tell you flat out that I don’t get all that excited anymore when I receive pocket rockets (pocket aces), I have taken so many beats whether it being at Poker Party or at a casino. Pocket Kings for me is a hand that I have had tremendous success with and I absolutely love it when I am dealt these bad boys. The problem with pocket aces I find is that often times you think you can slow play these and that’s the first mistake as often times a lower pair will hit the set and take all of your goddamn chips away. I have lost to a set of three’s I don’t know how many times when I’ve had the aces. At one time I was playing a sit and go at Poker Party (need a bonus code for Poker Party use this one 25BR) and I shit you not I was dealt pocket aces three times out of five hands and I one once with the little bastards, and the hand that I did win I was not slow playing at all and had a decent raise before the flop and everyone folded and I got the blinds. On the other hand, I have had tremendous success at the poker tables when I have been dealt pocket kings or suited connectors. For some strange reason pocket kings have stood up more than pocket aces for me. Not sure why this is but it happens.
