Poker Robot
A new invention into the poker world is the poker robot. Yesterday Phil Laak went one on one with this poker robot (the so called best poker robot in the world) at the World Series of Poker. This event was sponsored by "GoldenPalace.com".
The actual event was a poker robot tournament and the winning robot’s creator/programmer would have the opportunity for their robot to go against any professional poker player of their choice. Oh yeah, and the winning robot’s creator/programmer won $100,000. The programmer (Hilton Givens) would pick Phil Laak “The Unabomber” to go heads up against his robot. The heads up match lasted for close to three hours and Phil Laak would take down the robot. Afterwards, Phil had mentioned that the robot was a lot better than the average player and he was almost positive that this bot would make some money for sure playing online.
